About Nicole Wadsworth

Nicole Wadsworth is a Colorado native and has been practicing real estate for 20 years. In that time she has been honored with numerous awards including the Denver Board of real estate agents Roundtable of Excellence and the 5280 Five Star Professional Award. Additionally, Nicole has been featured on the DIY network, HGTV, and the Denver CBS channel 4 for her real estate experience and knowledge of the local market. Her award-winning and educated approach has helped her clients to achieve their real estate goals year after year. With an extensive background in construction management and development, she also provides a unique asset to clients who are interested in development projects or just looking for a home with sweat equity potential. Her construction background has also helped many of her clients avoid purchasing homes with structural issues or hidden problems that could have been costly repairs in the future.

Since Nicole is a Denver native she is able to help her clients sell and buy homes in every city in the Denver metro area. She is also active in the Crested Butte market, where she has real estate holdings of her own and she has helped many clients purchase income-producing properties or 2nd homes on the western slope. She attended Wheat Ridge High School and then went on to Colorado State University seeking a major in Construction Management. Nicole earned her real estate license while still in college establishing real estate development and sales as her career path. Nicole grew up in Golden and currently lives in South Denver with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. When not working hard for her clients Nicole enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga, and all outdoor activities.
