Nicole was by far the best agent I have ever used. She dealt with a very difficult sale and went above and beyond to make it happen. I was completely remote as I let her deal with everything. She was very conscious about repairs and spending any money. Communication was instant and she was always cheerful and positive. I could have never pulled this off without her.
